The tuna is great for a quick lunch, when I am busy!!
Quick walk across the street and back to work! -

I am a huge fan of Jimmy John's bread, so was excited to see they have a new sandwich called the Frenchie - a baguette with salami, capicola butter, and provolone. They were pre-made and sat in a basket at the register. Very tasty and hit the spot. Only giving this place a 4 since they were out of tea since the machine was broken and there was no sign on it to that effect.

The delivery man greeted me with an annoyed and upset face. After the exchange of receipt and food, he turned around and SLAMMED the door causing the entire third floor of my apartment complex to shake. He was not welcoming and did not make me feel comfortable in any way. The Jimmy John's website mentions that the food is, "made with love every single day since 1983" but what about the employees? This delivery driver needs a stern talking to and training on what upholding good customer service means. I am still shaking from the brief interaction that I had with him. I WANT A FULL REFUND!

This review is for this location as well as all Jimmy Johns in general.
Ingredients
Least flavorful sandwich ever. The bread has no bread flavor. It's like Wonderbread. There are hardly any options for bread and veggies. Subway has like 15 different veggies. C'mon. And while there was adequate meat and cheese, there is hardly ever enough veggies. A quarter cup of lettuce and a few shreds of onion on a large sandwich is not enough.
Construction
LEARN HOW TO BUILD A SANDWICH! All the veggies, meats, and cheese are stacked down the middle of the open-face bread, then folded. This puts all the veggies on one side, falling out, while the other side is just meat. That's just plain wrong! You wouldn't fold a hamburger patty in half. You wouldn't stack all the cheese on one side of a grilled cheese. Don't fold the sandwich contents! This is obvious. Anybody who has ever eaten a sandwich knows this. It's just lazy operation by employees who don't care. -

Delivery man was very kind. I ordered a sandwich which was delivered pretty late but the manager comped my meal and the delivery man was so apologetic... not to mention that he had to bike to me in the snow. I appreciate all that went into this delivery. I will try and make my deliveries when it's not snowing bc I feel bad for the riders in snow while I'm all comfy indoors. All that to say, thank you Jimmy Johns... thank you for dinner!
